Important Instructions
- The Avel Global Aviation Scholarship Entrance Examination will be conducted online.
- Applicants must have successfully completed a minimum of 12th Standard (or equivalent qualification) to be eligible to apply for the scholarship entrance examination.
- Students applying for any aviation program must satisfy the applicable aviation medical, regulatory and eligibility requirements relevant to their selected course or training pathway.
- The scholarship entrance examination is an aptitude-based assessment designed to evaluate:
- Logical Reasoning
- Mathematical Reasoning
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- General Aptitude
- Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a properly functioning laptop, desktop or mobile device before starting the examination.
- Students are advised to carefully read all instructions before beginning the examination.
- Only one attempt is permitted per student for the scholarship entrance examination.
- Students must complete the examination within the allotted time specified on the online exam platform.
- Applicants are required to use the same email address both in the scholarship application form and in the payment section for verification and tracking purposes.
- Students should ensure that all information submitted in the application form is accurate and genuine.
Terms & Conditions for Scholarship Entrance Exam
- Submission of the scholarship application form or participation in the examination does not guarantee scholarship approval, admission or selection.
- The scholarship entrance examination application fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Scholarships are awarded based on merit, examination performance, rank, scholarship availability and applicable selection criteria.
- Scholarship seats are limited and highly competitive.
- A student may utilize a scholarship for only one course or program.
- Scholarships apply toward tuition fees only.
- Scholarship coverage does not include books and study materials, external examination fees, TSA fees, visa fees, medical expenses, accommodation, travel, uniforms, headsets, equipment, living expenses, insurance, airport charges, regulatory charges or any other external aviation-related costs.
- For students applying for USA training programs, scholarship awards are subject to successful US visa approval and applicable regulatory clearances.
- If a student awarded a USA-based scholarship is unable to obtain the required US visa, the scholarship may, subject to eligibility and availability, be transferred toward applicable Chennai-based aviation training programs.
- Any form of malpractice, cheating, impersonation, plagiarism, screen-sharing, multiple accounts, unauthorized assistance or suspicious activity during the examination may result in immediate cancellation of the examination attempt and scholarship application.
- The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, automated answering systems or any unfair means during the examination is strictly prohibited.
- Any technical malfunction, internet interruption or device-related issue from the student’s side during the examination may affect the examination attempt, and Avel Flight School shall not be held responsible for such interruptions.
- Avel Flight School reserves the right to disqualify any candidate found violating examination rules or engaging in unethical conduct.
- Avel Flight School reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule or cancel the scholarship examination process, scholarship structure or related policies at its sole discretion.
- By submitting the scholarship application, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to all the above Instructions, Terms & Conditions.
